Post production

In post production we worked on editing our opening title sequence through Adobe premier pro photoshop on mac monitors. Creating title sequences and finding a soundtrack

In post production we were editing our clips from our shoot day to create our final opening title sequence. Using the software of Adobe Premier pro to edit on the Mac Monitors. Starting of by downloading our Lexar Pro memory card onto the mac monitors. To download all of the shots and clips that we had taken from our

To start the editing session, we started with the looking through all our clips on adobe premier pro on the mac monitors. Putting the clips we liked into folders and putting clips we weren’t fond of in a private folder which is still accepcible if there is any problems or change of minds.

Once on Adobe premier pro we started editing our sequence using the perfect close up shots that as a group we decided to work best. Then adding in titles to give it a final touch and titles into our sequence.

We then added titles, we worked as a group to decide which font worked best. We went for “marmalade” as it gave of the impression of a settle and easy read title for the audience. We placed them carefully on our sequence in the places were the focus was not based on so the attention is both on our subject aswell as the titles. We stuck to the settings and script for a title sequence for professionalism and added names that have helped us with our sequence.

Once the editing was finished we went onto YouTube to find a soundtrack for our sequence. We looked through loads of different and added them onto adobe premier pro to see which worked best with beatdrop and which one adds suspense and mystery best.

Finally we got to a result of a  perfect soundtrack which fitted well with our sequence.

We got the soundtrack and then went to adobe and edited the soundtrack until it musically worked with our sequence. Once shots were changing we edited it so the beat drop was placed onto the shots to add suspense onto our scene.

Finally once the whole opening title sequence was edited and completed we then uploaded it on to the YouTube onto the “Hurtwood Media” page.

Here is a online blog post of how our post-production has been and what have we got up to.
